My OB Assignment:Change


Change


When I talk about change, I always remember 1 beautiful quote about change.

“Change is nature, and it starts when we decide.”

Actually the quote I got is from a cartoon movie “Ratatuille”, a story on rat and how the rat change their lifestyle from just becoming an ordinary ruthless and useless rat into a chef rat. It is a good movie to enjoy. Day by day, my life is influence by thise phrase. I still remember that I have always fails to lose weight. That is the biggest change that never change. Until one day, when I start to think why did not I believe what I believe. I believe that change is nature and it will start when I decide. But I never do it. Therefore, I deciced. I decided to change my diet plan and start for low in calory diet. I start my day with exercise. I set the dateline. I read all book related to diet. To me, information is important to know that we are doing right. Everyday, ate less rice with lots of vegetables, sometimes I switch my normal menu to oat because people say oats are good for health and heart. I exercized early in the morning. I still remember during the semester break after I completed my first degree, I used to be at home. I take this opportunity to use the time optimumly. Oohh..i forgot to mention, the is one friends that tells me that I should go into diet. I don’t know why I start to think seriously when I heard her tell me that I need to lose weights. Before this, I am so complacent with what I am. Lets go back to the story then. I used to wake up early and pray. Then after that I did not go to sleep like I used to. I wear track suits and warming up with exorcize. Then I drive to park that most of old people exercise. I did not go to the jogging park since I know that is a lot of people. So, I switch to Chinese old people place where they used to exercise, jogging, walking, doing tai chi, dancing class, etc. It is a good experience mix with them and they welcome me a lot. So, I will jog for about 30 minutes and come back home. During lunch, I ate considered amount of rice with a lot of vegetables while at the evening I exercise again for about 20 minutes. Sometimes I never stick to this timetable because I am a less discipline person. Anyhow, I have lost 15 kilos and I am happy for it. I never taught that my diet plan will work. I have tried thousand times before but failed. Now,I succeed and the reason behind it is that I change. Yes, I faced a lot of difficulty during the first month of change since I am not used to it. However, once you are determined, you will feel easy counting calories that you eat. So, morale of the story, if you know someone who want to lose weight contact me. I’ll show the way.

Motivation

I am a person that inspired by my late father. I was motivated in everything that relates to him. I like to help people a lot, just because I want to be like him. It is true that motivation is something that drives you. The memory of my father drives me to be what I am now. I still remember the time that I lost him. It was two week before I register to study in a university. I still remember the day I received the result that I can further my studies in UiTM Machang Campus. It was in the morning that I checked the result. I am so happy despite the fact that my family is quite busy looking after my father. Everyone is so busy and stress since the father is sick. Me too. I did not go straight and tell him that after I came home. There are so many relatives comes to visit non stop. Still, late in the afternoon at 6 my cousins came. An hour later, my father passed away. I was shocked and feel extremely terrible that I did not manage to tell him the good result. Weeks passed, and I register in the university. It is a new life but I am mourning in the beginning. I had changed a lot. I remember most of everything about my father. Sometimes, I used to be like him. He is so nice to people. I am so motivated to be like him. Then I start doing thing like the way he did. It is difficult o express here how it is like but, the memory of him has turned me to become a successful person in the university. I became a very determined person, very flexible and enjoy most of my campus life. He has motivated me in many ways. The way I study, and mostly the way I see thing. When people say that I am good at studying and socialize my mind mingles that I am actually inspired by my late father. Yes, my way of studying helps me a lot, but the one that drives me too go far is the memory of my father. So, thank you very much for being the hero of mine. That is all.

PROPER BUT NOT APPROPRIATE…….

PROPER BUT NOT APPROPRIATE…….

Have u ever met people that are extremely proper in their behavior, their words, but don’t know how to mix well with others? It both (proper and appropriateness must comes together)…So that their proper will go along with the appropriateness.. Being proper is good, but I must you must KNOW HOW TO DO IT…then it comes the appropriateness..Sometimes, they don’t know how to behave in accordance to get well with other people easily. Being proper is easy, but sometimes it must come along with appropriateness. There are some people that greet others properly when they met, so that they appear proper. But sometimes, when it comes that u greet a person at first then u neglect that person after that and treat them as strangers is not APPROPRIATE..hahhaha, I think it is better for u not to greet and act warm if u decide at the end u want to alienate that person…hmmm…well, how should I describe??…I describe people that is not sensitive to the other people’s sentiments, feelings etc as being proper but not appropriate. Surprised or not, there are people that behave properly but neglect the appropriateness..they will look extremely less mannered. I, sometimes not good at describing…but I can say here that I have experience this so many times…and I hate their behavior everytime it happened in front of me…I hate it..i hate those people….they are not sensitive….i just hate themmmmm…..
